Note: chose all organic ingredients

2 oranges (peeled)
1/2 Lemon (peeled)
1 green apple (cored)
1 cucumber
1 handful of spinach or kale
1 inch piece of fresh ginger

Carrot-Apple-Ginger Juice

4 large carrots
2 apples (cored)
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled)
