DIY Electrolytes

Check out this easy DIY Electrolyte recipe to keep you and your family hydrated during the summer season!☀

Ingredients:
(Purchase Organic)

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon of fresh minced ginger or 3-5 slices fresh, thinly sliced organic ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
Instructions:
1. Heat the water in a pan.
2. Add the ginger and simmer for 3-5 minutes
3. Add lemon juice, sea salt, and raw honey
4. Mix thoroughly to dissolve honey and salt
5. Cool in the refrigerator and add ice to your glass or bottle once cooled.This is one serving, feel free to double to make a bigger batch! Enjoy! 🍋
